Who is responsible
This site is run by Judit Bara, AI and operations consulting, based in Barcelona, Spain. For anything about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to juditbconsulting@gmail.com.
What I collect, and why
- Your email address, if you use the free "hidden-hours check" and ask me to send you the breakdown. I use it to send you that one email and, only if you agree, occasional related notes. You can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
- Booking details (your name, email, and anything you type into the form) when you book a call. This is handled by the booking tool so we can hold the meeting.
- The numbers you type into the calculator never leave your browser. They are not sent anywhere unless you choose to email yourself the breakdown.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form. No profiling, no selling of data, ever.
Who helps me run it (processors)
- MailerLite, to store your email and send the breakdown.
- Cal.com, to schedule calls.
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
Each only processes what it needs, on my instructions. Some may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose above, or until you ask me to delete it. Ask any time and it's gone.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or object to its use, by emailing juditbconsulting@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Cookies
I keep these to a minimum:
- No analytics or advertising cookies. I don't track you around the web.
- Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party, so loading a page doesn't hand your details to anyone else.
- The booking calendar (Cal.com) only loads when you click a "Book" button, and it may set its own cookies at that point so the calendar works.
- A small note in your browser (local storage) remembers that you dismissed the cookie banner, so it doesn't nag you again.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
